Interim Management
Will take control of a troubled company as CEO or CRO. Typically, a distressed company will need to bring in experienced senior level management to take over the reins during a crisis. Frequently these assignments will arise when shareholders are in litigation, I offer an alternative to seeking a receiver. Bankruptcy courts will often appoint me as sole executive to manage a bankrupt debtor, either as President of the debtor, or a Chapter 11 trustee.
Corporate Restructuring
Work with distressed companies who require assistance dealing with banks and other creditors, formulating a restructuring theory, and negotiating and implementing a plan. Oftentimes this process will involve a bankruptcy filing. In those cases, I will direct and manage the bankruptcy process on behalf of the company working closely with legal and other professionals.
Bankruptcy Restructuring
Extensive expertise in the bankruptcy process. Will provide strategy formulation, forecast and budgeting, cash collateral analysis, preparation of bankruptcy reports including statements and schedules and monthly US Trustee operating reports. Will negotiate with lenders, develop a reorganization plan and business model, file a plan and disclosure statement, analyze claims filed, manage objections and litigation of claims and confirm a plan with the court.
Restructuring Valuations
As a Certified Valuation Analyst, will provide valuation services in bankruptcy disputes.
